NBA App Live Show Package
The NBA had two primetime SiriusXM radio shows that they wanted an updated graphics package for:
- The Starting Lineup (7-10a ET)
- NBA Today (4-7p ET)
This package needed to not only have different skins for the livestream team to add in guests, highlights, and stats, they also requested a number of animated opens for the different segments of the show.
Designed and animated by BallerFX, these assets were created as seamless loops in collaboration with the NBA livestream and content teams.

THE STARTING LINEUP

Since this show airs first thing in the morning, BallerFX leaned into a "bright and active" theme. The 5 "starting lineup" arrows rising on the left, and the slowly moving NBA baseline bring the show to life.
One of the biggest challenges here was to create all assets as seamless loops so the livestream team could maintain flexibility on length without having gigantic files to import and play back through their system.

Since this show airs as the sun sets, the background is dark with just a hint of light trailing off. Shiny, reflective transition elements and angled light box outlines lead into the night, when games begin.
